We are very active here in Cappy NS and are so lucky to have such fantastic amenities to use!
Today the infants had their sports day up at the Astro where we ran lots of different races, had a welly throw and did an obstacle course. We had to make a trip to the playground on our way back!
Here are some pictures of our active week a few weeks back too. The weather was amazing and we made the most of it outside.
