In First and Second class we really enjoyed learning about the Barn Owl. We discovered that barn owls have very good hearing. They are nocturnal and can be found in places such as farm buildings, hollow trees and cliff sites. Baby owls are called owlets. They eat small mammals like shrews, rats and mice.
