September has been a very busy month in the infant classroom. The junior infants have been working on their pencil grip ‘froggy legs’, colouring and rhyming and senior infants have been reading, writing and revising all their letters and sounds. We’ve all been focusing on counting during maths, enjoying singing ‘five little monkeys’ and ‘1,2,3,4,5 once I caught a fish alive’. Buddy break is every Thursday and everyone has been having great fun with their buddies from 3rd and 4th class! Have a listen to some of our budding gaelgóirs too!
